allergens & cross contamination

we wash & sanitize all equipment thoroughly between use, however there is always a risk of cross contamination with any allergen. allergens include and are not limited to: nuts, gluten, wheat, coconut, soy, and corn. we do not use any dairy, eggs, or animal products in the bakery.

custom orders

we are a small bakery and only accept a certain amount of orders each week. when a day is booked it will be noted as such on the website. if a date is listed as booked, it means no more orders will be accepted on that day. all orders require at least a 4 day notice, if you are ordering any sort of design work, please make sure you ordering at least a week in advance(design spots book quickly!).

we do not work with fondant covered cakes or elaborate fondant decoration. we do not specialize in heavily decorated cupcakes. we focus on flavors!

all orders need to be placed through the website using the order form. when you place an order, we will review your submission and get back to you within 48 hours. double check your email and phone number, if there are incorrect we will not be able to get in contact with you. when details have been sorted out, you will receive an emailed confirmation and invoice. your invoice must be paid in full by the due date to confirm your order. unpaid or late invoices will be canceled.

payments

all payments are due before pickup. you will receive an invoice to confirm your order. invoices must be paid by the due date. late invoices will be canceled.

cancellations/rescheduling

orders over $100 need a 14 day notice to reschedule or cancel, orders under $100 need 7 day notice to cancel or reschedule. we are a small bakery and are unable to accommodate other requests. orders canceled outside of these timeframe will not be refunded. Wedding deposits can not be refunded.

cake pickup

pickup times are listed on the order now page and will be reiterated in your confirmation and invoice. PLEASE SHOW UP ON TIME. we are unable to accommodate late pickup ups. due to the small nature of the bakery we are unable to store your cake overnight if you miss your pickup window. all unclaimed orders will be donated.

you will receive detailed pickup instructions in your invoice. to ensure pickup windows run smoothly for everyone, follow those instructions. find the parking spaces indicated on your invoice and TEXT us the name on your order, vehicle model and color.

cakes will melt in a hot car! make sure your car is cool! you should transport cakes on a level surface near an AC vent and away from direct sunlight. when handling a cake box grab and carry from the bottom, do not carry by the sides. cakes are fragile and damage easily, transport with care. cakes and cupcakes should be stored in the refrigerator for maximum shelf life. we do not issue refunds for cakes that are damaged once they leave the bakery.

cake storage

your cake and cupcakes are best kept refrigerated. do not display cake or cupcakes in direct sunlight. cake and cupcakes freeze incredibly well! if you have leftovers or your event is rescheduled outside of our rescheduling parameters, transfer cake or cupcakes to an airtight container and freeze(or wrap the cake box with plastic wrap). the night before serving move cake to the refrigerator to thaw overnight (larger cakes may need more time)
